MAINTENANCE PERSON/GROUNDSKEEPER WANTED for Motel and Hostel in Hollywood & West Hollywood A full time maintenance position is available for a hotel and hostel. Job duties include all aspects of maintenance of hotel rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and building. Must have knowledge of construction and repair including patching, painting, carpet, appliances, beds, furniture, tools, carpentry, laundry machines, vending machines, roof, landscape and more. Must be willing to work hard and able to supervise other maintenance people. This is a fun atmosphere and requires an energetic positive person that wants to be part of a complete project.
