Finish Carpenter D.G. Ring Construction is seeking a highly talented Finish Carpenter to join our remodeling team; this is a 40 hours per week position. The ideal candidate will have carpentry experience and be willing to take direction from our crew lead. We are looking to hire team members with a wide range of skills and knowledge to provide residential remodeling services in Beaverton and the surrounding areas. Daily job duties for this position include: General residential remodeling Finish carpentry Dry rot replacement Exterior siding and trim repairs and installation Door and window installation Deck repairs and installation Site Layout Moving and climbing on ladders Use of power tools: nail guns, drills, cutting with saws, sanding Use of basic math Occasionally help the painting crew with masking, sanding, and caulking Demo and job site clean-up Communicating with clients Job Requirements: Valid and reliable transportation Driver's license Two pieces of government-issued I.D. Basic hand tools Background check required Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must be able to work on ladders Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
