RESPONSIBILITIES Lawn Schedule • Mowing • Weed eating • Weed spraying • Watering • Managing ProCut or Staff - Mowing • Manage Billings Landscapers - Blowouts - Startup - Trees • Trimming • Cutting down (dead fall) • Planting • Managing leaves • Stick management Flowers • Planting • Watering • Weeding • Mulch • Working with Billings Nursery on start up· Garden • Manage to start up (seeds) • What to grow • Weeding • Watering • Hydroponics Sprinkler System • Maintain rainbird system settings/times Pond • Treatments • Stocking of fish • Managing Urbani • Algae maintain • Overall Health (with Urbani) Lighting Management • Understand lighting system throughout the estate and replace or redesign as needed Water Rights— a complete understanding • Head gates • Ditch cleaning Larger Pastures Land (300 acres) • Water • Ditch health - Cleaning out sticks • Weed control Grazing management as needed • Hay management as needed • Fire mitigation Fences (perimeter and interior) Operate and Maintain Machinery (fueling) • Skid steer • Tractor • 4wheeler • Side by Side • Lawn Mower • Weed eater • Chainsaw • Driveway/Entrance Management • Grading in Summer • Plowing in Winter - Driveways - Parking lot - Pasture entrances - Maintaining all entrances REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years of knowledge of landscaping planting, designing, and maintenance • Hospitality experience from hotel, resort, or golf course • Hydroponic experience helpful • Able to operate ranch machinery • Carpentry/Repair Skills and knowledge • High level of respect and basic knowledge of horses • Asana project management capabilities to organize and achieve deadlines • An all-around, can-do-it all person! No job is too little or too big. OFFERING: • Reports directly to Ranch and Equine Director • Salary starts at $50,000 plus housing in the area or $60,000 without housing—range increases with relatable experiences • Peak season assistant will be provided as support and will need to be managed • Four weeks of paid vacation (during the off-season) • Email Resume!
