WANTED: Individuals who would like to partner on government contracts

Looking for entrepreneur-minded individuals with past contract proposal experiences who would like to partner to go after US government contracts on SAM.gov. You don't need to be a large company to win government contracts. No real startup costs except your time for research and proposal responses. I am intrigued about the opportunities with these contracts and would like a 50/50 revenue partner on the workload for submitting proposals. Must be willing to work hard like me to generate revenue.
