Aegis Construction Management in Frederick is looking for a construction specialist to join our fast-growing team. Are you looking to gain valuable experience in the field of construction? Are you adaptable, motivated, and dependable? Do you like working with your hands on a variety of different projects? Aegis is engaged in managing both commercial and residential construction projects in Northern Colorado. Construction Specialists are responsible for performing various physical tasks on a construction site in order to complete the project to schedule. Tasks could vary daily, and range from simple to complex, such as cleaning, digging trenches, pre-construction demolition, steel and wood framing, and installing basic hardware. Construction Specialists help ensure that a project proceeds on schedule and on budget by providing the day-to-day basic labor skills. Requirements: • Capable of being on your feet for 8+ hours a day • Capable of work in different climates • Ability to lift 75 lbs. • Utilization of ladders and handling of basic construction hardware; saws, hammer, drills, etc. • Good communicator, punctual and motivated to learn. • Ability to work with a team, and work individually. • Positive attitude and strong work ethic are expected.
