Position for an experienced Painter to join our Property Maintenance Team. Candidate must be dependable, knowledgeable & professional. Most work to be performed is indoor, but must be able to work in seasonal outdoor weather as well. Must be physically able to handle the demands of this position. Responsibilities will include: Assessment of project at hand, manage and review materials needed for each project, perform wall & ceiling repairs (drywall & plaster) as needed prior to painting, dispose and/or restock unused materials as directed. Candidate must be able to work efficiently and quickly. We are a local Property Management Company in the City of Rochester with most properties located in the SE area. Requirements: 2 years experience, HS Diploma or GED, Valid NYS Drivers License, dependable vehicle, open to background check.
