We are a Property Management Company located in the Park Ave neighborhood. In search of a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Must be reliable. Work would involve general repairs to apartments (painting, plumbing, electrical, drywall/plaster repair, general carpentry). Ability to troubleshoot problems with HW Tanks and Furnaces a plus!! Work may also include apartment cleanouts and maintenance to grounds and exteriors of buildings. 2-3 years experience needed. High School or GED required. NYS Drivers License and reliable vehicle required. Shared on-call responsibilities that rotate.
