The Grounds Dept. has the responsibility of meeting the membership’s expectations of aesthetics, playability, and function. In achieving this, management strives to create a fun, fast-paced, and professional environment for its staff members. As the clubhouse grounds are seen by all members and guests, it is very important to keep it well maintained. Under the direct supervision of the Clubhouse Grounds Manager, the Landscaping Foreman will perform various tasks working alone or leading a small team in cultivating the elite appearance of roughly 20 acres. This is a year-round position requiring early starts (6/6:30am), variable length of days, and some weekend mornings.
