Full Time Floor & Fulfillment Lead: About Renee’s Garden Renee’s Garden is a premium seed packet company carrying seed varieties focused on great flavor, easy culture, and exceptional garden performance to home gardeners since 1998. We have created an extensively curated selection of seeds and other products sourced from around the world and carefully evaluated in our own trial gardens. We manage both a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business, and a wide-ranging wholesale business across the United States and Canada. Our home office is in Felton, California and our fulfillment warehouse is located in Boulder, Colorado. About the Position Renee’s Garden is seeking a floor & fulfillment lead to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory, leadership, and administrative work. This position works closely with our warehouse management staff to oversee the day-to-day output of our ecommerce fulfillment team and provide solution-oriented support of our growing business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Supervise the fulfillment team, including organizing tasks & schedules by assigning and maintaining roles & expectations • Oversee special projects, such as seasonal shipping projects, and high priority tasks. • Monitor inventory and keep stock updated & accurate while investigating discrepancies • Manage and ship orders with special characteristics, such as international orders or orders affected by system errors • Use our ERP & WMS software to investigate and update orders, purchases, and inventory • Pull inventory from high-up spaces in our warehouse on a scissor lift, move pallets using a pallet jack or with a forklift • Work with our remote home office in California to investigate customer inquiries • Enter orders into our SAP system using excel importing programs or by hand • Develop and maintain processes & structures to improve fulfillment speed and accuracy • Report statuses to warehouse management team and business management • Train new hires • Other duties as assigned Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Ability to supervise a team of 5 to 15 people, depending on seasonality • Bilingual English/Spanish • Sufficiency in Microsoft office, with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, And Word • Excellent time management and organization skill • Excellent communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to appropriately prioritize from a list of tasks in a changing and seasonal environment • Ability to multitask Physical Demands/Office Environment • Ability to use fulfillment or packaging equipment. • Ability to use a computer for multiple hours. • Lift up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work/walk around inside and outside the building. • Ability to move throughout building including occasional use of stairs. • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Experience • 3 or more years in a supervisory or managerial position • 3 or more years in a commercial or industrial position that interacts with inventory or order fulfillment • Forklift/ scissor lift experience desired, but not required.
