Repair Concrete Sidewalk

A section of sidewalk in front of my house is misaligned and causing a trip hazard (according to my HOA). Looking for someone who can remove it and repair the block. Please tell me about yourself, what you would do to repair it, how long it would take you, and when you would be available to do it.
