We are looking for a couple (part time each person) or a single individual (full time) who are/is well rounded and able to undertake normal resident manager duties such as; taking rent, maintenance, turning and leasing units (including some painting and cleaning duties), lawn care maintenance/curb appeal, posting notices and completing other projects that relate to your position. We require that you have great communication skills, a friendly demeanor, bookkeeping and organizational skills. Other requirements are having your own tools and being able to live on-site. Salary $32k (total package salary, rent, utilities) Depending On Experience. Signing bonus after 1 year.
