Rehoming adorable blue heeler puppy

I have an adorable blue heeler puppy I need to find a good and loving home for. I am not a breeder. He is not papered. His parents are both heelers though but they were not breeders. He is 3 months old, male. He has had all of his shots, deworming, flea treatment etc. He is house trained (as long as you let him out a couple times during the day) and leash trained. He is super sweet and loves belly rubs. He is smart and very treat motivated. I am having to rehome him as when we got him we did not know our other dog would react badly to having another dog in the house. It is very important to me that the home he goes to is loving, takes care of him and has an active lifestyle or a home with a big yard so he has plenty of room to run and play.
