Painter Handyman Needed in Scottsdale START TODAY If interested we can also use your help Part-Time / Maintenancy / Property Manager / Home Caretaker / Meet Greet Arriving Guests Needed for our Airbnb type Vacation Rentals basically once/twice weekly (start today). We pay you CASH by CashApp, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or GooglePay. You get paid same day after guests have been checked in! Work include maintanance and upgrades of vacation rentals, normally about 1-2 days per week (5 hours per day at $20 per hour pays you $100 for each cleaning and guests check-day): - TENANT/GUESTS - ARRIVAL DAYS (normally from 12 noon to 5 pm on guest's arrival days = $100): TASKS INCLUDE: General interior maintenance, upgrades, repairs, touch-up painting/caulking, clean hot tub. Tasks also include to double-check that Housekeeping has done their final touches and ready for check-in, BBQ cleaning, trash removal, and cleanup after previous guests departure, errands to pick up supplies and material, and meet and greet arriving guests, and give guests a brief orientaition of house and area, etc. Tasks may also include all other things relating to home maintanance and guests services The normal day starts with a FaceTime call with us when you get there to evaluate home condition and then to go over what needs priority to be done with an Iphone or WhatsApp FaceTime call with us and same call at end of day before leaving at 5 pm to show what has been done. We will then send you a payment with your choice of cash: CashApp, ApplePay, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or GooglePay. REQUIREMENT: - Must live in the Scottsdale area (or less than 10 minutes away from Scottsdale) - A valid Driver License and your own car (not dependent of family member's car) - NON smoker, Drug FREE, CLEAN background - Own a Truck or car (no drop-off/pick-up) - Professional Handyman/Maintenance man - Years of Experience with lots of tools
