Studio Event Staffing is seeking a Banquet Captain (supervisor) to oversees all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. You will be also responsible for training and coaching of the banquet staff. Skills Preferred *Great verbal/communication skills. *A Customer Service focus. *Ability to problem solve. Requirements *Must have over 5 years of catering or restaurant experience in a front of the house leadership role *Must be able to travel and available for updates and meetings *Must have experience with high end sit down, buffet and cocktail services *Must be able to meet with management and clients *Must be able to work well with others *Must be able to provide valid employment documentation and resume for consideration *2 professional references is required Please send resume.
