Residential AC Installer (Weekly Pay) BONUS BONUS BONUS Amount on your first paycheck - $250 Amount at 6 months employment - $250 Amount at 1-year employment - $500 Amount at 2 years employment – $1,000 POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment in new construction residential homes following manufacturer specifications, industry codes and standards, and company requirements. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RESIDENTIAL AC INSTALLER? 1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes. A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report. Must be self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability. Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation of ductwork in residential new construction homes. Installation of HVAC equipment, thermostats, grilles, piping, and bath fans in new residential construction homes. Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks. Always maintain safety standards. Prepare operational reports. Update job-related knowledge or skills. Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor QUALIFICATIONS: Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. Must possess own hand tools and power tools to execute HVAC jobs. Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts Self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability. Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe. Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
