My parakeet/budgie needs rehoming. I suffer from migraines many times a month and she is just way to vocal when I’m goin thru these circumstances. I live in a one bedroom apartment so there isn’t many places to put her 🙁. She is under a yr old. She is not hand or finger friendly. I tried and tried but she was always sketchy.
