Looking for retired seniors to play drums, keyboard and lead guitar for an oldies band to play rock n roll and pop songs from 1950s-1970s Being able to sing is a plus but not a deal breaker Must be willing to rehearse weekly in a three hour session in a rehearsal studio in Farmingdale Long Island and chip in for the studio rental Must be dedicated, reliable and serious for this project Have received responses from musicians claiming they are interested but then never hear from them again Each member makes a list of songs they know or want to do and songs are selected from each of the lists to keep everyone interested and happy This is not just to have jam sessions but to get good enough to play in public Main goal is to have fun but also be good at the same time Not looking for prima donnas or bossy people to take over and make the experience miserable If interested reply.
