Crew Leader for Installation Team - Great Lakes Eco Systems, Inc. I am looking for someone capable of taking over my growing business when I retire in a few years. I need to add an installation crew manager to my insulation team NOW!. While residential insulation and ventilation is our primary business, we are very diverse, making every day new and challenging. We work year-round. The days and hours are flexible and the pay is REALLY good! Basic construction methods and skills are needed to succeed at this position. You only need to be handy, a problem-solver, familiar with tools and a desire to do each job right. You also need to possess a clean driving record. We will supply any and all training needed. The manager of this crew should average 70-90K per year with flexible benefits. Pay starts at $30 hr, plus HUGE weekly bonuses for work done right and on time. With bonuses, you should average $35-40 per hour with experience. The more talent and ability you have, the more we will pay. I am also looking for and ready to hire entry-level people to train as well. We supply tools, vehicles and everything you need to be the best in the business.
