Repossession Recovery Agent We currently have an opening for Repossession Agents in our Tucson Field office. Repossession Agents will have a team of employees working with you in the field every shift. Your teams primary focus is to locate collateral by checking physical addresses, making contact with Debtors, utilize our license plate reader system, and assist you in the recovery of collateral to maximize your earning potential. Our ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills; -Experienced in Investigation and Skip Tracing. -Excellent Organization and Time Management. -Detail Oriented Field Notes and Report Writing. -Professional Appearance and Excellent Attitude. -Effective Written and Verbal Communication Skills. -Computer Proficiency. -Working knowledge of Federal and State laws concerning repossession. -Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required. Candidates MUST have/be; -21+ year of age. -Clean Criminal Background (No Felonies or Violent Misdemeanors). -Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years (No DUI's). -Must pass a Drug Screening. -Trustworthy, Honest, and Possess The Skills Required to Verbally De-escalate tense situations. -Experience utilizing self-loading wheels lifts safely and damage free. -Solid work history, including positive references for previous employers. Pay and Hours will be discussed during the interview process and is based on experience.
