Technician to install furnace & air conditioning

I have two heating furnaces in the attic and two a/c units in the side yard that need to be replaced with similar units. One system is for upstairs, one for downstairs. Each system has a 3 ton a/c. Looking for a technician with experience. Will pay by the hours spent working on it. The house is two-story in Victorville. Must be reliable, honest and experienced.
