We are a leading manufacturer of the highest quality semi-custom power boats. We are a stable, and growing company that has been in business for over 30 years conveniently located in Largo, Florida! We are looking for multiple team members to join our team as we are expanding our production to meet the demands of the market and have a variety of openings. We offer steady full time employment and a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Positions available: -Fiberglass Laminators and Finishers: Lays fiberglass in boat molds, applies a gel coat to the fiberglass. Working with hand/ power tools including grinders, buffers, and drills to shape and smooth edges. -Assemblers: Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install parts. Use of hand and power tools including saws, screw driver, mallets, and bolts. -Boat Builders/ Carpenters: Knowledge with acrylic solid surfaces such as Corian and Hi-Macs. Works with hand/ power tools. Ability to read blueprints. Carpentry, Installation, Construction experience is a plus. -Upholstery: Upholstering boats. Industrial commercial sewing is a plus. Making, sewing, repairing, and/or replacing upholstery. -Electrical and Mechanical Installers: Must be mechanically inclined with electrical experience. Will be shrinking wires, and connecting wires. -Order selector: Selecting, picking, and packing orders from our stock room. Manage the inventory and deliver materials to the production floor. Performing inventory checks, utilizing a scanner. Forklift experience is a plus! Compensation: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and position.
