Mechanic - engine swap or top end repair 3.4 Tacoma

Aloha, Looking to find a mechanic that may have the skillset, and or extra time and willing to do the following for pay of course. Possible diagnosis, repair or simply do a complete engine swap on a 2000 Toyota Tacoma 3.4 v-6 engine. What we know for now after some investigation: check engine light came on and threw a code stating #6 had an issue and upon further investigation noted there is a possible bend valve. Engine will also no longer turn over. Engine coolant was run close to dry therefore possible slightly overheated. The day all went bad the engine was running rough, then briefly threw white smoke from tail pipe one time and engine was shut down immediately but would no longer start. Truck was towed home and inspected. Hoping to find a mechanic that is possibly ASE certified or otherwise a "qualified" mechanic with the ability, aptitude, with own tools, can do the job here onsite, or possible to do at Ur location. Pls have time and desire to take on this repair in as timely manner as possible. Please also have a positive, honest and friendly personality and a caring individual with high integrity. We can discuss your payment but looking to pay about half what a qualified shop quoted us which we can discuss when we reach out to U. We are opting to potentially just do a swap as there are engines out there for a reasonable enough price to make this easier and potentially a more economical option.
