Two adorable Heeler/beagle mix’s

I had these two dumped on me during the week when he had all over 100 degree temperatures dehydrated and starving I have been taking care of them and feeding them for about a month now. They are super super sweet and loving but they are not house trained or neutered. They are both under a year old and would probably do best if they went together to a farm or somewhere with a wide open space and a fenced in yard. I want what is best for them because I have become quite attached their to them. I don’t have names for them I just call them puppy.
