On Saturday, October 22, the Door County Medical Center Auxiliary will present the Angel Scholarship Gala (formerly the Angel Ball). Unique to this year’s event will be a more casual evening with an invitation to the entire community to join us in supporting our Scholarship Fund while enjoying entertainment by the popular band Big Mouth and the Power Tool Horns. These scholarships go to students and healthcare workers right here in our own community whose goal is to either begin their education in the healthcare field or to advance their education in the field. The DCMC Auxiliary has been raising funds for scholarships for over 60 years, and we would not have been able to do this without the generosity of our community. We are asking for your help this year, in any way that you can contribute to make the Angel Scholarship Gala a success.
