CELEBRATE CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY - SEPTEMBER 10TH (Grand Opening Event 2 of 2 | Class 2 of 9) Class Name: Chakra Yin for Self-Compassion Class Description: Travel from the root to the crown in this short but powerful 30-minute yin yoga practice, using asana, mudra, and mantra to connect compassionately with yourself. Facilitator Name: Angela Liesching - Bend Yoga Festival Class Time: 2:15-2:45pm Come Prepared: All are welcome. Wear comfy clothes & bring yoga mat, if possible (we have a few you can borrow!) Classes will be first come first serve for sign ups, walk-ins will only be available if someone is a no show or the class is not full. COME TOGETHER FOR TOURS, CLASSES, MUSIC & FOOD An afternoon for all community members, neighbors & families. Come spend time together, learn about Hanai, enjoy some food, live music by Travis Ehrenstrom and participate in our free mini classes. 12:00-2:00- Food, Live Music by Travis Ehrenstrom, Tours & Community All ages welcome! 2:00-5:00- There will be up to 9 free classes during this time. Class sign up are available via Eventbrite.
