CELEBRATE CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY - SEPTEMBER 10TH (Grand Opening Event 2 of 2 | Class 4 of 9) Class Name: Emotions as Energy in Motion Class Description: We will explore eMotions as energy in motions and the invaluable truth these energies reveal. Emotional awareness and sensitivity have been chronically suppressed in most of our lives, leaving us disconnected from ourselves, others, and the truths around us. In this class we will explore how we are energy feeling beings at our core, how suppression of this is causes more harm than good, and the importance of connecting to and experiencing our eMotions. Facilitator Name: Justin Larson - Justin Larson Coaching Class Time: 3:15-3:45 Come Prepared: A journal and something to write with are recommended. This class is perfect for anyone over the age of 12. Classes will be first come first serve for sign ups, walk-ins will only be available if someone is a no show or the class is not full. COME TOGETHER FOR TOURS, CLASSES, MUSIC & FOOD An afternoon for all community members, neighbors & families. Come spend time together, learn about Hanai, enjoy some food, live music by Travis Ehrenstrom and participate in our free mini classes. 12:00-2:00- Food, Live Music by Travis Ehrenstrom, Tours & Community All ages welcome! 2:00-5:00- There will be up to 9 free classes during this time. Class sign up are available via Eventbrite.
