CELEBRATE CONSCIOUS COMMUNITY - SEPTEMBER 10TH (Grand Opening Event 2 of 2 | Class 9 of 9) Class Name: The Foundations of Happiness Class Description: The science of happiness is well known and well-studied with a blueprint of validated tools and techniques we can apply in life. We'll explore the foundations of human happiness and set a path for you to craft more of what you want out of life. Facilitator Name: Anthony Poponi - Focus on the 40 with Anthony Poponi Class Time: 4:15-4:45 Come Prepared: Come as you are. Bring a willingness to laugh at mediocre quality jokes :) This class is suggested for 13+. Classes will be first come first serve for sign ups, walk-ins will only be available if someone is a no show or the class is not full. COME TOGETHER FOR TOURS, CLASSES, MUSIC & FOOD An afternoon for all community members, neighbors & families. Come spend time together, learn about Hanai, enjoy some food, live music by Travis Ehrenstrom and participate in our free mini classes. 12:00-2:00- Food, Live Music by Travis Ehrenstrom, Tours & Community All ages welcome! 2:00-5:00- There will be up to 9 free classes during this time. Class sign up are available via Eventbrite.
