Hello Yogis! IMPORTANT: *Class is weather permitting, please check my Instagram @jessandyoga for updates before class starts if the weather looks iffy. What To Bring: A yoga mat or large beach towel/blanket or even a sheet. Comfy clothes and water ! My favorite set up is to place a large blanket or beach towel on the sand and place your mat on top of it. This allows for a much larger range of practice space without sand getting on your mat. We are going to move through a gentle full body flow Vinyasa Yoga style connect to your breath, body and soul 🌊 with the beautiful beach view, the best way to end your day! Class is 45 to 60 minutes long. Just park at the parking lot across the street and walk towards the beach. PARKING : To park at the Red Reef Park( the beach side) is $17 full day, since the class is only one hour I highly recommend parking at the parking lot ($2.35/hour) 2 minutes away from the Park gate, opposite side of the beach.
