Join Tamron tech rep, Armando Flores, as he takes you back in time to the beginning of digital photography. By looking at the past we can get a glimpse of what the future might bring us. When it comes to digital equipment it’s a good idea to know if you are future-proof. Armando will discuss topics like camera design, sensor size, pixel count, lens selection, and other related items. This will be an informative seminar that will let you see if you are ready for the future. LOCATIONThis lecture will take place in Glazer's Classroom on the 2nd floor of the store. Registration and Seating This session takes place in the Glazer's Classroom which has limited seating, as a result, registration may not guarantee a seat. ABOUT ARMANDO FLORESArmando Flores' interest in photography started back in high school when he and his sister put their money together to purchase a 35mm film camera. He studied photojournalism in college and worked at a camera store to support his expensive photo habit. He was hired by a major camera manufacturer where he honed his photography skills over the next 22 years. Photography has enabled him to travel to many foreign lands and to attend large media events where he has met many interesting people. He’s photographed professional sports for over 17 years and loves being at the forefront of new technology, but his passion has always been in lending a hand to the aspiring photographer.
