You be the judge! The second annual Impact Film Festival will feature short films from around the globe, because homelessness is a global crisis! Attendees will see films from 10 different countries, and vote for those who evoke the most compassion, that best portray social justice, and the grand prize, which is the film that best shows how an individual or we, as a society can an impact on homelessness and poverty. This event is two nights, first a live screening at the Ark Lodge Cinema in Columbia City on September 22nd at 7pm then an identical screening over Zoom the following night , Sept 23rd at 7pm. The votes will be tallied from both nights and a winner declared the following Monday. Each film is 10 long or less, so short in length, but huge in Impact!
