This all day general education course is intended to provide a holistic overview for those serving, or looking to serve, as guardians and/or conservators. Topics include alternatives to guardianship, mandatory reporting requirements, ward's rights and capacity, pleadings and filings for the court, as well as a panel of current guardians and conservators to answer questions and provide personal testimony.
Please join us at The ARC of the Pikes Peak Region for one of the two remaining courses of 2022. Each session follows the same curriculum. Parking is available behind the building, accessed through the alley off of Pikes Peak Ave.
