Explore your inner Eden through a Sacred Cacao Ceremony and guided sound meditation. Sound has been used for thousands of years for healing and assists with meditation in journeying through our subconscious. This Guided Sound Meditation will begin with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony, where we will honor the four directions and ask for guidance before journeying into our inner Eden. The meditation will be accompanied by a variety of healing instruments including gongs, singing bowls, drums, and song. There will be use of sacred smoke and oils to bless and clear the space for our inner journey. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. *Please note that this specific blend contains Maca, Reishi, Chaga and Cayenne pepper. Please be aware before hand in case of any allergies. Mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. Please allow enough time for parking and to get settled in before the start time of the class. Doors will lock at the beginning of the class, so as not to disturb the class. No refunds or credits will be given to no shows or late arrivals.
