3 positions available, paid holidays, retirement and health insurance plans available after vetting period. The following are requirements for all positions. -We work 7-330. Sometimes overtime is required(within reason we all have lives), 90% of the time its optional. -no cigarette smokers -no drugs -reliable vehicle -team atmosphere, must be receptive to constructive criticism and able to help others learn when you can be of help. -we work safely all the time -room to move up in any position Requirements for specific positions Laborer-entry level, any sort of experience is helpful but not necessary. 18-22 hour. Job consists of cleaning, moving materials, helping me and other carpenters/carpenters apprentices complete tasks. You will be learning while working, as you progress in your abilities your pay rate will increase. Carpenters apprentice- 2-5 years experience in residential remodeling required for this position. My expectations are to be able to measure and cut both rough and finish stock accurately, have all of your own hand tools, understand the basics of most portions of building construction (siding, flooring, windows doors etc) and take direction and know when to ask for help. As you learn and begin to work independently your pay rate will increase. Some labor will be required. Pay rate 22-27/hr Lead carpenter- 5+ years experience, preferably 10. I need someone who can take on jobs independently after some vetting period to make certain that our quality of work standard can be met without my supervision. We do quality work and we create customers for life. I subcontract roofing, plumbing, electrical, large rough framing projects, drywall and many other nitch/licensed trades.
