Annually, during national suicide prevention month, we walk to encourage everyone to live another day. All donations raised during this event stay here in our local community, funding suicide prevention programs for teens living in the City of Fredericksburg and counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. A fun, family-friendly event: Celebrating survivors - those struggling with suicide ideation & attempts, and anyone who lost a loved one to suicide Honoring lives lost to suicide Amplifying voices demanding more suicide prevention resources for our community Encouraging conversations that remove the stigma surrounding mental health Besides the annual walk during the morning, there will be music, items for auction, a 50/50 raffle, food, activities for the kids, and tons of more fun after the walk!
