Initial equipment purchase financial support and ongoing material purchase support including two lines of credit with no interest payback *Project scheduling, marketing, sales, work-order administration, customer billing and support *Weekly pay guaranteed every Friday SUBCONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: *Completing work-orders in a timely and professional manner *Extensive preparation, resurfacing and clean-up of counter tops, cabinets, bath tubs and surrounds *Sanding, masking and fiberglas repair. Protecting adjacent surfaces, appliances and customer belongings *HVLP spray applications of epoxy and acrylic polymers APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: *Minimum 2 years experience in auto-body, boat or industrial surface preparation. HVLP paint application is desirable *Pass background check *Pass drug test *Have and maintain a valid driver’s license. Possess a registered and insured vehicle that is reliable and capable of transporting all work related supplies to and from work assignments each day *Possess a cell phone with active voicemail, email and text capabilities *Maintain a continuous positive and professional working relationship with customers and company personnel *Must be willing and able to travel between multiple properties in the greater Indianapolis, IN area
