The Minority Health Partners is a coalition of 200+ service organizations around the State of Indiana supporting racial ethnic minority communities in health, wellness, and community development. This year the Minority Health Partners will be hosting a Conference on Thursday, September 29 from 10 am-4 pm and Friday, September 30 from 10 am-2 pm EDT AND a Community Resource Fair on Friday, September 30 from 3-7 pm EDT. The goal of the Conference Sponsorship is to provide: 1. Conference Exhibit to share resources, programming/training available, and educational content with Minority Health Partner Conference attendees 2. Luncheon to Attendees as grant does not pay for food The goals of the Community Resource Sponsorships are to provide: 1. Community Resource Fair to share resources, programming, and giveaways with the Central Indiana community 2. Food Trucks to provide food at no-cost to community attendees Food trucks, health education resources, free health screenings and more will be available to attending community members! There are four types of sponsorships available: 1. Conference Exhibitor ($250) - a 6ft table with two chairs will be provided indoors in the Martin University Gathertorium. Conference Exhibitor must have at least one staff member at the table from Thursday, September 29 from 10 am - 4pm EDT and Friday, September 30 from 10 am - 2pm EDT. 2. Conference Luncheon ($3,000) - a fully catered hot meal provided to an estimated 150-200 attendees. There are 2 sponsorships available - lunch on Thursday, September 29 and lunch on Friday, September 30. 3. Community Resource Fair Exhibitor ($250) - a 6ft table with two chairs will be provided outdoors in the Martin University garden. Informational Exhibitor must be staffed by at least one staff member representing the organization from 3-7pm EDT on Friday, September 30. Setup will occur from 2-3 pm EDT. Giveaways and interactive exhibitions with games are highly recommended. 4. Food Truck Sponsor ($1,200) - All food truck sponsors will have their logo prominently displayed by the food truck vendor's menu. The goal is to provide free food to community members in attendance with an anticipated 300-400 attendees. Each food truck sponsorship of $1200 will provide between 75-150 menu items per truck. Appropriate permit and licensing will be validated by the conference organizer and Martin University for all food truck vendors.
