Rehoming elderly Lhasa Apso

Hi, Unfortunately I need to rehome my 14 year old Lhasa Apso. My daughter has developed asthma and we can't keep our dog. She's a nice pure bred dog who needs to go out several times a day, as she is an older dog. She tolerates cats (which we also need to rehome, if you're looking) and is reasonable with kids but was a little nippy when my child was a toddler. She should be groomed professionally at least every three months since her hair doesn't stop growing. I've had Stella for almost 11 years and it breaks my heart to see her go, but my daughter's health needs to come first. She eats Beneful Incredibites dry food (Available at Wal-Mart and Target) mixed with the wet food of the same brand, which I'd include what we have on hand. $20 rehoming fee.
