Rehoming Cat - 7 year old male tabby

Hi, We need to rehome our 7 year old male tabby, Bartleby. My daughter has developed asthma so our animals need to go. He's fixed and vaccinated, though I don't have his paper records. He adopted us two years ago so when I took him to be neutered they told me he already was. I later met the original owner and she said he also got his shots. He is litter box trained and can be an outside cat. He's sociable with people and likes affection, but does seem to get into fights in the neighborhood. He currently has caps on his claws to help him not injure other cats. Eats regular dry food, and has been eating some wet food lately too.
