Seeking a problem-solving electrician

I am looking for a problem-solving electrician who can help with the following: 1) I have three fans (in the bedrooms) which are controlled by remotes. The remotes don't work, and I would like to change the remote control to the wall switches. Is it possible to runs new wires to the light switch in order to get that done? 2) I would like to create a plug for the back porch (currently there is a light fixture in the ceiling, and I would prefer to draw from that if it is possible). The house is brick and creating an outlet through the exterior wall would be difficult. 3) There may be additional small items for the other unit in the house. Thank you.
