That's what it's about. OUR INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPENSATION PACKAGE $17.50 to $21.50 an hour in the lead/driver position (before tips). Paid $16 + tips during training. *Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more, depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude. Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more) Total Hourly Pay for Leads (with tips): $23.00 to $29.00+ an hour ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: Must have prior Professional Moving experience. Excellent customer service skills. This is one of the most important keys to success. Must have a clean background. Must have reliable means of transportation. This is a physically demanding job.
