DescriptionTake a deep dive into seafood by learning to make some favorites from our neighbors just south of the border. You'll simmer shrimp with herbs and spices; bake fish filets; make a tomato sauce and bake a snapper; and grill bi-valves. As class ends, you'll sit down for a seafood feast.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your seafood.
