💫Awakening Your Divine Feminine Spa Day 💫 Come join us @pure_sanity_wellness on September 18th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for a fun and relaxing morning that will connect you to your divine feminine energy. What to bring: yoga mat, extra blankets and pillow for your comfort, a journal and pen, and make sure to wear comfortable clothing fit for movement. *Homemade vegan & gluten-free snacks and beverages are included. ** If you would rather save the additional fees please send me a message for alternative payment options. It wouldn’t be a spa day without some skincare, so you will make, sample, and bring home two homemade essential oil based products: a 2 oz. facial spray and 4 oz. body scrub from @desertpotions , as well as recipes for how to make more at home! We will then have an Intuitive Movement Flow that will include grounding practices, lower chakra opening poses, as well as move and shift energy throughout your body. We will focus on poses that tap into your feminine energy center. Next, as we begin to quiet the body, each person will have a personal experience of 4 handed Reiki, facilitated by @emmas_remedy and @instruments_of_healing After receiving the healing energy of Reiki, you will be enveloped in the blissful sounds of crystal singing bowls for a 1 hour sound bath. Finally, we will end with a Desert Rain Closing Meditation complimented with an incredible aromatherapy experience. Once you are back to the present we will open up the space for sharing, mingling, and enjoying some grounding snacks as you integrate your entire spa experience. Refunds Unfortunately there are no refunds at this time, but you may transfer your ticket to someone else or you may transfer your ticket to a future event.
