Description

Emergency road technician to help stranded motorist with emergency issues; Jump Starts, Battery Service, Tire Service(spare tire change), Lock-Outs, Fuel Delivery Operate a full-size or mini service van and applicable service equipment to assist stranded motorist. Utilize Navigation and maps to locate stranded motorist breakdown locations. Service vehicles performing functions such as providing Fuel, Testing and Replacing Batteries, performing Jump Starts, providing Lock- Out Service and Changing / Inflating Flat Tires ** 8 to 10 hour shifts includes night shift Night shift hours 12:00(noon) to 10:00P.M. ** Paid Weekly plus Bonus Preferred/Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Driver’s License 21 years old or older Possession of a valid state driver’s license with minimal driving infractions/incidents. Successfully complete drug screening, Abstract,criminal background check(pre-employment and ongoing). Experience using tablets or electronic devices to update calls, review policy and procedure and information, document safety records and other applicable duties Customer Service Experience including ability to effectively communicate to customers and understand the need for meeting/exceeding customer expectations. Ability to lift weighing up to Fifty (50) pounds Experience servicing vehicles such as providing fuel, testing and replacing batteries, performing jumpstarts, providing lockout service, and changing/inflating flat tires, prior roadside service experience. Safely operate a full-size or mini service vehicle and applicable service equipment and/or commercial driving experience, preferred.
