On the heels of the Autumnal Equinox, and on the night of the New Moon in Libra, join Natasha Dominguez, certified Practioner of Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy, as she hosts a one-hour healing Sound Bath at the beautiful Kama Fly Fitness aerial studio in Manchester, NH. Let the healing sounds of sacred instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan signing bowls, chimes, drums, and an incredible subatomic gong, carry you through the cosmos and into the new season. You will emerge energetically aligned and refreshed, having set a powerful new intention supported by the energy of the New Moon and the healing vibrations of sound. Participants will be laying on the floor for the hour so please be sure to bring any items that would enhance your comfort. This could be your own yoga mat, favorite pillow, yoga blanket, eye mask/pillow, or personal sacred talismans or crystals. There will be yoga mats, bolsters, and yoga blankets available at the studio to use as well but the number is limited. **Advanced tickets are required through Eventbrite as this event is not associated with the Kama Fitness studio calendar or class passes. **Please plan on arriving 10 minutes before the event to sign a waiver, if necessary, and settle in. In order to respect the time and experience of all participants the doors will be locked at exactly 6:45 and nobody will be allowed entry once the Sound Bath has begun.
