Description
We're tired of being told that we have to be a certain size, or have a certain kind of body, or look a certain way. We're tired of being told that the only way we can be strong is by spending hours on the stairmaster or using booty bands. Because we know better than that—and so do you. You need real strength that comes from your core, not from an app or a machine. Strength to do epic shit as you get older, like climb mountains and run marathons and start companies. Strength to excel at badass activities like rock climbing and surfing and skiing. And strength to conquer life: whether it's taking care of your kids or taking care of yourself after cancer treatments; whether it's getting out of bed when you're depressed or finding the courage to start working again after an injury sidelined you for months. We believe women are strong and powerful—not because they look good in a bikini or have perfect abs but because they have the power within themselves to do anything they want... even if it means they have to get outside of their comfort zone. Join us for the first ever SPORTS BRA STRENGTH workout - a real workout for real women.
