Exploring is an interactive, worksite-based career education program of Learning for Life, an affiliate of the Boy Scouts of America. The program serves young men and women who are 14 through 20 years old. Explore a Career in Engineering disciplines in the building construction industry. Our expert engineers will share knowledge, projects, and stories and then engage you in fun hands-on activities for each type of engineering. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit a construction site to see engineering in action. When: Open House - Tuesday, September 6 – 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Where: 615 South College Street, Suite 1600, Charlotte, NC 28202 Register: Engineeringexploring.eventbrite.com Registration fee is $75 (which will allow participation in as many Explorer Posts as you wish through 12/31/2023) and can be paid by debit/credit card, check or cash at the first meeting. Mandatory: One parent or guardian needs to attend Open House with their child to complete the registration process. • All meetings will take place at 615 South College Street, Suite 1600, Charlotte, NC 28202 • There is a registration fee is $75 (cash/check) paid at the first-nighter.
