Hello and thank you for reading. We have a small Construction company that is continually busy. We are looking for skilled personnel that is familiar with the basic concept of general construction. As a general construction firm we do a variety of work from foundation extensions,ground works,framing,windows,steel fabrication,roofing etc. We mainly focus on full build Condo Conversions. We offer room for rapid growth for the right individuals. Let's be honest if you have ever done REAL Construction you are fully aware that this type of work isn't for everyone. Its physically demanding and requires you to have some knowledge of tools common sense and steps to take to achieve a finished product. All candidates will need to have the following in order to apply: 2yrs minuim General Construction Experience(Verifiable) Have a Valid state issued ID Reliable Transportation Ability to stand for 8 Hrs Ability to lift 80 pounds Ability to work in the elements(Outdoors) Basic Tools (Tape measure,Hammer,Tool Belt) Our hours of operation are 7:00am-3:30 Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work is requested. Pay is Bi weekly by company check. This is a 1099 position. If responding please leave a contact number or email preferably.
