Our wine night theme for this month is Austria. You will taste 5 Austrian wines and enjoy a delicious 3 course meal prepared by our Master Chef Pat Snell. Reservations are required.
You can choose to participate in just the tasting, just the dinner or participate in both.
Our dinner this month will consist of the following:
First Course: Beet cured salmon with preserved lemon, pickled fennel, cucumber/wasabi consommé and soy pearls
Second Course: Venison Loin with smoked tomato demi, celeriac, spinach soubise, potato dumpling and roasted mushrooms
Third Course: Lavender chiffon cake with goat cheese panna cotta, poached pear, lemon and fresh berries.
