As a Contemporary Spiritwalker between worlds, you will be guided on a shamanic journey that will allow you to leave your body without being in an altered state to access elements, spirit animals, or your spirit guides. I use elements and animals in shamanic soul retrieval to "reclaim the lost parts of one's self." We see the language of soul loss within our conversations.
