Join us on October 1st for International Day 2022 at The International School of Minnesota. This fun, FREE event includes international cuisine, cultural performances, educational opportunities, activities and more! International Day is open to all ages and is a fantastic way to immerse in the various elements of culture from around the world. Saad Performing Arts Center will host a vibrant blend of talented performers who will dazzle audiences with vocal, instrumental and dance numbers. We are excited to welcome the following artists to our stage: Choro Borealis representing BrazilViktoriya Kantor representing UkraineDuniya Drum and Dance representing West AfricaAriel Wielberg representing NorwayDabke Dancers representing LebanonYev Music representing UkraineTaiko Arts Midwest representing JapanTHE STUDIO - Ballroom Dance Club representing The United States and Argentina International Cuisine ISM’s Executive Chef Ted Norris and his culinary team will bring authentic flavors from around the world to Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will have the opportunity to try a diverse sampling of foods from Brazil, Lebanon, Ukraine, and the Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Offerings include Brazilian Pao de Queijo, Lebanese Shish Taouk, Ukrainian Cabbage Rolls, and Dakota Fry Bread! Passport Around the World Dive into language, literature, art, science, and history from around the world. As you visit each interactive station, you will have the opportunity to learn, create and fill up your International Day Passport for the chance to win prizes. The more you explore, the more stamps you will receive in your passport!
